ACT Testing Date Saty Oct 23 (for seniors) State Marching Competition Saty Oct 23 (TBA - at Millard South) (note - football games are held at Buell Stadium adjacent to Millard South HS) PREMEIRE NIGHT - Will be Friday Aug 20 and is a must do night for Freshman parents! It will begin with a potluck dinner at 600pm in the cafeteria and Mustang Center. You will find out what happens in band for both the student and parents, and discover the many avenues of making band a big success throughout the year via volunteering opportunities. You will also be given a chance to get questions answered during the informational meeting. Click here for more information on Premier Night. Non-Freshman parents, we need your help during premier night, go to the voluneering link at left or below on this page. PHOTOS ADDED - From the Pool Party and a handful from uniform fittings, plus we should be having more from the Freshman and Varsity band camps. Go to the Multi-Media page. Note to Freshman parents, we endeavor to post photos (and a handful of video and audio files as they become available), for all the band related events throughout the year. If you take photos at any of these events and would like to have them posted to the website, please contact the website editor (listed on the Band Booster page within the Committee Chairs list). UNIFORM FITTINGS will be done on August 3rd and 5th. Please check if your student needs shoes or a pep band shirt and send a check/money for fees. Black socks will also be available for $1; these are worn for premier night and the Millard parade. Fees are on the Summer Band Sched page. For further questions, e-mail to ctrbcoughlin@yahoo.com PEP BAND SHIRTS - For those with incoming freshmen students, if you still haven't gotten your Pep Band shirt, please call Tammy Coughlin right away at 896-2971 or email to ctrbcoughlin@yahoo.com, as the shirts will be worn on Premier night Aug 20th and for the Millard Days parade on Aug 28th. They are $20 per shirt plus optional $5.50 for embroidered name. UNIFORM FITTING VOLUNTEERS NEEDED - The fittings continue Aug 3rd & 5th, and your help is needed to make this a success. Please go to the Volunteer page in the left panel to sign-up!! ALL students must make one of the fitting dates to get a uniform. Fitting dates as well as the FEE schedule are listed in the Summer Band page in the left panel or here. There are lots of volunteer slots listed, you'll need to scroll to the bottom of the page of volunteers for the uniform help. LEADERSHIP TEAM - The 2010-2011 student leadership team has been posted, go to the Leadership Team link on the left side of the page for details.
